I'm very happy with Woolroom. My order process was smooth; I received my order promptly, so I didn't require any assistance. I've slept on my new wool mattress protector now for four nights and I've slept through the night all four nights. Prior to this wool protector (with cotton panels to pull over the mattress sides, I used an cotton protector (with icky stretchy polyester side panels) and either a linen or cotton sheet and a wool duvet inside a linen duvet cover. It was rare if I slept through the night 1 or 2 nights a week, never mind four nights in a row. Restless, hot, uncomfortable, toss and turn, wake, sleep fitfully then wake again. Adding this wool layer beneath seems to have worked by encasing me in the superb qualities of wool that you'll read about on the website. It's pretty remarkable.
