The products have been very good BUT The Wool Room has been let down by the courier company. I received notification about the delivery - good - but had to change the day of delivery. I did that and received a confirmation the day had been changed. DPD still tried to deliver when I was not here after which it becomes hard work to reschedule delivery - the insistent approach is to deliver to a "local" shop.
